  • With an HMO plan, you'll receive care from the Mass Advantage provider network. (Snowbirds: In-network providers are available in Florida and Arizona.)

And we’re the only Medicare Advantage plan to offer our members UMass Memorial Health’s Hospital at Home program. This unique option allows qualified members to receive hospital-level care within the comfort of their own homes.
  • All Mass Advantage’s plan options include additional benefits not covered under Original Medicare plus unique programs.
