Mail Order Convenience

Enjoy the convenience of having your medications shipped to your home by either Amazon Pharmacy or Prime Therapeutics Pharmacy. Either can fill your maintenance medications for up to a 100-day supply. Ask your prescriber to send or transfer your prescription(s) to the pharmacy of your choice.

Amazon Pharmacy – best if you prefer to order and manage your medications online.

Prime Therapeutics Pharmacy – registration and ordering are done by phone or mail.

  • By mail: Complete the mail order form. Be sure to include your original 90-day supply written prescriptions. ​

Hospital-level care at home
