Our Love My Service program, has dedicated Member Navigators available to make sure you’re getting the most of your plan benefits and resources. We’ll quickly answer your questions and help you fully understand your plan’s coverage and cost details.​

Member Navigators 

You have a dedicated team of Member Navigators at your service! These experts are on hand to answer your questions and connect you quickly to the plan services and care you need.​

Need help making an appointment? They can book most UMass Memorial Health primary care and specialty appointments so that you’re in the office within 10 days or less from the day you call.

     

Hospital at Home 

As a Mass Advantage member, you also have access to the innovative Hospital at Home program. If you need hospitalization, you may be able to receive hospital-level care in your home through this innovative program from UMass Memorial Health. You must first be carefully evaluated to make sure home care is safe and appropriate for your own health needs.
