The Love My Service program gives you direct assistance, guidance, and flexible care options. We can help you understand all your plan details. We’ll even schedule appointments for you or connect you to additional services.
Member Navigators
You have a dedicated team of Member Navigators at your service. Need help making an appointment? They can schedule those for you. (And they’re fast—they usually have primary care and specialty appointments set up within 72 hours!)
These experts are on hand to answer your questions and connect you quickly to the plan services and care you need.
Hospital at Home
As a Mass Advantage member, you also have access to the innovative Hospital at Home program. If you need hospitalization, you may be able to receive hospital-level care in your home through this innovative program from UMass Memorial Health. You must first be carefully evaluated to make sure home care is safe and appropriate for your own health needs.
