Mass Advantage Compliance Program
Mass Advantage is committed to creating and maintaining an environment that promotes ethical values, exemplary behavior and compliance with the letter and spirit of all applicable laws, requirements and contractual provisions.
Mass Advantage has adopted a Compliance Program structured around the elements of an effective compliance program which includes a Compliance Plan and a Code of Conduct.
The Compliance Plan is designed to promote a culture of integrity, ethical behavior and compliance with applicable CMS laws and applicable Federal and State laws and regulations. The Code of Conduct serves as a guide to provide standards by which individuals shall conduct themselves to protect and promote organization‐wide integrity and to enhance Mass Advantage’s ability to achieve its mission.
Preventing and correcting fraud, waste and abuse (FWA) in health care is essential to our success in the work we do. Fraud is defined as making a false claim in an effort to receive payment and can include billing for services or equipment not ordered or provided, and falsifying or misrepresenting records and/or information in order to obtain payment.
Mass Advantage has established a process for reporting and follow up on potential violations of applicable state and federal law, the Mass Advantage Compliance Program and/or Code of Conduct.
